二、職業勝任力問卷

職業勝任力問卷(Career Competencies Questionnaire, CCQ-21)采用利克特5點計分法,從“完全不同意”到“完全同意”,共有21個項目(Akklermans, et al., 2013),主要測量因素有動機自省、自我意識、社交網絡、自我展示、工作探索、職業控製。其中動機自省有3個項目,自我意識有3個項目,社交網絡有4個項目,自我展示有4個項目,工作探索有3個項目,職業控製有4個項目。該量表主要適用於年輕員工,且該量表建立了良好的信效度資料。

1=comple tely disagree(完全不同意); 2=somewhat disagree(有點不同意); 3=neutral(中立); 4=somewhat agree(有點同意); 5=completely agree(完全同意)

(工作中,我認識許多能給我幫助的貴人。)

9.I know a lot of people outside of my work who can help me with my career.

(工作外,我結識了許多能給我幫助的貴人。)

10.I know how to ask for advice from people in my network.

(我知道如何尋求同行的建議。)

11.I am able to approach the right persons to help me with my career.

(我能接近那個給我職業提供幫助的貴人。)
